This is not another 'pack on the muscle' product, but a recovery protein powder. Collagen Sport is scientifically designed to fortify the collagen hydrolysate protein that maintains strength and flexibility of ligaments, bones, joints, tendons, muscles, blood vessels, with amino acids, vitamins, minerals and sports nutrition substances.
Whey is a source of branched-chain amino acids, which are used to stimulate working muscles and increase protein synthesis, which in turn speeds recovery of muscle fatigue and adaptation to stress during exercise.
Besides collagen and whey protein, Collagen Sport contains 20 types of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, including pomegranate, L-glutamine, L-lysine, L-arginine, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and copper.

NeoCell Collagen Sport Recovery Protein Directions
Stir one scoop in approximately six (6) ounces of cold distilled water or low fat milk, or for a thicker shake, crush ice in a blender and follow the same directions. You may also add fruit juice or yogurt and blend.
