Guggul oleo-gum-resin (Cummiphora mukul) is
obtained from an indigenous tree of India and has been traditionally
used in Ayurvedic practices. Today the herb is well-recognized for
promoting cardiovascular health and for helping to maintain cholesterol
levels that are already within the normal range.
