Beta-1,3-Glucan
Beta glucan is one of the notable immune activating phytochemicals found in mushrooms. MycoPhyto® Complex has additional beta-1,3-glucan, purified from baker's yeast, added to enhance the beta glucans naturally found in the mushrooms.
MycoPhyto® Complex is designed in harmony with the principles of ancient Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. In accordance with these systems, each mushroom has a specific role within the formula. Coriolus (turkey tails) holds a leader role and directs the immune modulating actions of the other mushrooms. Powder: 120 grams per bottle
Capsules: 60 or 180 vegetable capsules per bottle
Suggested Use
Powder: 1 to 2 heaping scoop(s), one to two times daily, or as directed by your health care professional. Mix powder with boiling water, stir thoroughly and let steep (and cool) for a few minutes before drinking. Alternately, cool water can be added to bring to a drinkable temperature.
Capsules: 1-6 capsules, one to two times daily, or as directed by your health care professional. Capsules can be consumed with water or beverage, preferably on empty stomach. An empty stomach is considered 30 minutes before or 2 hour after food. For long term maintenance take 1-2 capsules daily.

No, MycoPhyto® Complex is not considered suitable for children due to the potency of the botanically enhanced medicinal mushrooms. However, Organic Ten Mushroom Formula® is suitable for children's consumption.
