Fish Oils are naturally rich in essential docosahexaenoic (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic (EPA) long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids. Adept Omega-3 Softgels: Each softgel provides 1,000 mg of pure fish oil, supplying 300 mg of DHA/EPA.
Directions
